College Connection
is a newsletter that provides tips to help high school juniors and seniors get ready for college.
Prairie Publications is a monthly
newsletter circulated to lenders, college financial aid and admissions personnel, high school guidance counselors, other
guaranty agencies, and individuals needing information about student loans.
SLND-Guarantor Bulletin is
provided in an electronic format to lenders, colleges, and other individuals needing regulatory guidance on student loans.

Career and Wages in North Dakota: Provides average salary expectations for careers in North Dakota and a student loan repayment chart.
College Information Service: Describes the assistance offered through College Information Service (CIS).
College Planning for Juniors/Seniors: 7x10 card highlighting important dates for juniors and seniors planning for college.
Debt Management Guide: Provides borrowers with information regarding their rights and responsibilities as borrowers of Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP), Perkins, and Nursing student loans.
Education Tax Benefit Guide: Gives a brief glimpse into tax benefits that may be available for students
and parents planning or currently paying for higher education. (PDF not available at this time.)
Federal Student Loan Program: Information on the four types of federal guaranteed student loans.
Need More Money? Choose Our Alternative Loan: Provides information on the Dakota Education Alternative Loan (DEAL) and Medical DEAL Supplemental loan programs offered by Bank of North Dakota.
Parent Loan for Undergraduate Student (PLUS): Provides information on eligibility, application process, and repayment options.
Questions about college? Wondering where to begin?: Information on where to start with the financial aid process.
Repayment Options: Explanation of payment methods, ACH, deferment and forbearance. Includes estimated monthly repayment chart.
Student Loan Lender Directory: A listing of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Nationwide lenders
that participate in the FFELP and have their loans guaranteed by SLND.
Student Loan Options: A brief description of the Federal Stafford loans (Subsidized and Unsubsidized), the Federal Parent Loan for Undergraduate Students (PLUS), Federal Grad PLUS loan for graduate/professional students as borrowers (PLUS Pro), and Alternative loans. Contains information on eligibility, loan limits, costs, application and repayment.
